Experiences

An authentic safari experience with friendliness, hospitality and fine dining. You’ll explore the Masai Mara National Park on our spectacular game drives, usually either first thing in the morning or at dusk to see the animals at the peak of their activity. Or we can organize a bush lunch out in the Masai Mara itself. Back at Camp, you can take part in activities, go for local walks along the river-bed or relax and enjoy the view from the hammock outside your tent. Meeting up for sun-downers before dinner.

Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival, Giraffe Manor Hotel - Bucket-list breakfast: STAY AT Giraffe Manor

We’ll meet you at Jomo Kenyatta International airport and bring you to Giraffe Manor in the leafy Nairobi suburb of Langata, for a sumptuous three-course lunch.

Day 2Giraffe Manor and Nairobi

Enjoy your stay at Giraffe Manor, an exclusive boutique hotel, owned by The Safari Collection. Often referred to as one of the most instagrammed properties in the world, Giraffe Manor is set in 12 acres of private land within 140 acres of indigenous forest in the Langata suburb of Nairobi. Explore Nairobi after you check in. You will have Lunch at the Famous Utamaduni Restaurant located within Bomas of Kenya. Bomas of Kenya is home to one of largest auditoriums in Africa and displays traditional villages belonging to the several Kenyan tribes.

Day 3 Fly to experience the Great Masai Mara Safaris

STAY AT Sentinel Mara Camp Camp to see the Great Migration Safari

After breakfast, we will transfer you to Wilson Airport for your flight to the Masai Mara. On arrival you’ll head to your Camp, with a small game drive en-route.

Your Masai Mara safari will begin the moment you arrive at the Luxury Camp. It sits in one of the best locations in the whole of the Masai Mara National Reserve. Intimate and secluded, it is nestled along the tree lined banks of the Mara River in the southern tip of the reserve. As such, it is less than two kilometers away and enjoys a splendid wild outlook and wonderful views into the Masai Mara National Park. This also means that it is one of the first camps in the Mara to witness the legendary annual wildebeest migration which thunders by from June to September each year. With teeming wildlife year round, the game drives never disappoint. Get excited by exploring some of the wildlife and scenery you can expect to see on your Masai Mara safari, as well as the beautiful camp you will be relaxing in. Cook-out breakfasts and sundowners out on the savannah make for magical memories. The landscape is spectacular, the birdlife impressive and the feeling of being totally immersed in nature cannot be beaten.
